Renault Trucks Optifleet is a fleet management solution designed to aid your decision-making and inturn improve safety and reduce operating costs. With no install requited and remote activation, you can quickly be monitoring real-time performance and improving data for your vehicles and drivers. Optifleet puts key information at your fingertips to assist in managing and reducing your operating costs.

Your vehicles remain connected to Optifleet at all times, wherever you are, accessible via our online portal or the Optifleet App.

Our Optifleet solution is made up of 3 modules: 

OPTIFLEET CHECK

A reporting tool that provides key decision-making information on both vehicles & drivers

• Optimise fuel consumption by promoting good driver skills whilst identifying drivers needing to improve.
  • Use the Eco Score report to analyse trended driver behavioural performance based on a score of 1 to 10 including data such as time spent idling, brake frequency, time in economy zone.
• Reduce vehicle maintenance costs and road traffic accidents by improving the way your vehicles are driven.
• Receive alerts when fuel levels go up - or down!
• Keep your environmental reports up to date (including CO2, NOx).
• Receive reports automatically via email when you want them.

OPTIFLEET MAP

• Track your vehicles in real time, including location, speed, direction, fuel level and driver.
• Select the best placed vehicle for extra tasks
• Create Geo-fences to identify arrival and departure from key locations - minimising waiting/downtime.
• Analyse your vehicles' journey history
• With a Map+ upgrade get minute by minute tracking updates, refine geo-fencing and access tyre pressure monitoring alerts (requires monitoring hatrdware on the vehicle).

 OPTIFLEET DRIVE

• Monitor driver activity, including driving and resting in real time according to regulations (European regulation 561/2006).
• Save time and maintain access to key compliance data by scheduling and remotely downloading driver and vehicle tachograph data, with the potential to transfer directly to tachograph analysis companies via an API
• Programme and download data from the tachograph memory and the driver card remotely.
